Once your SKI-ROW is delivered a GoConfigure representative will contact you to setup an IN-HOME assembly appointment. (Please note debris removal of the cardboard boxes is not included in this price, but can be negotiated with GoConfigure).
WARRANTY EnergyFit warrants to the original purchaser of this product (the “Product”) that the frame of theProduct shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when the Product is used as recommended by EnergyFit under normal uses and conditions. During the warranty period EnergyFit will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at EnergyFit option) the frame or any part of the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Limited Warranty. Labor coverage is not included.
RETURN POLICY All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Please call EnergyFit’s Customer Service at +1-657-345-4530 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The following information is required to obtain a Return Authorization: model number, serial number, and an accurate reason for the return. Returns made without prior authorization (RMA) will not be processed and all incurred charges, shipping or other, will be the responsibility of the returning party. It is strongly recommended that the product be returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process nor are we responsible for return postage.
