All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Please call EnergyFit’s Customer Service at 866-754-7697 or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The following information is required to obtain a Return Authorization: model number, serial number, and an accurate reason for the return. Returns made without prior authorization (RMA) will not be processed and all incurred charges, shipping or other, will be the responsibility of the returning party. It is strongly recommended that the product be returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process nor are we responsible for return postage.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund. Outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

The returned product needs to be properly re-packaged in the original packaging and received in “like-new” condition.

For expedited service, please mark any defects with tape.

All SKI-ROW returns must be in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns. The original shipping cost will be deducted from all credits issued to the purchaser of the SKI-ROW.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, please refer to the product’s warranty policy.

If your order has damaged or incorrect merchandise or is incomplete email us immediately. Save all the original product packaging material for inspection. EnergyFit will refund shipping costs associated with returning damaged or incorrect merchandise.

Product returns that are received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Missing, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order within that time frame and notify us of any discrepancies. Save all the original packaging material for inspection. EnergyFit will refund shipping costs associated with returning such merchandise.

Refused Orders

Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to all applicable freight charges.


Credit Card: You will be issued applicable refund directly to the card used on the original purchase after merchandise has been returned and inspected.

Check: You will receive a refund check approximately 14 – 21 business days after merchandise has been received and inspected.
